Suspension
G-Power Spring G-Series
The well known G-Power V-shape lowering do not only offer an excellent, optically attractive lowing, but also unify more sporty driving, good cornering and reply to quick steering demands with an extraordinary good comfort feeling. With an optimum of safety, as long as no extreme engine performance upgrades (e.g. by our G-Power engines up to 620hp and more!) have to be faced. There we recommend our spring strut suspensions! Our G-Power guidelines in OEM quality due to CERT/ISO 9002, and are particularly developed for the BMW series shock absorbers. The G-Power lowering set, a lowering of 30 to 40 mm is reached being arranged in V-form especially for the BMW models.
G-Power Suspension RS-Series
RS spring strut suspensions from G-POWER are representing the top of suspension technology. They combine driving comfort with a high-rate and optically attractive lowering. Particularly for customers desiring an extreme lowering of up to 60 mm, a spring strut suspension can be offered due to fewest restrictions in everyday use. Special spring struts being produced in small series for G-Power, are shortened by around 60 mm (depending on car type) and offer a longer remaining spring movement. This is particularly important for driving at high speeds avoiding a touchy response springing. A further advantage is that individual adjustments of the height at the front and rear axle as adjustability of the shock absorbers can be chosen. G-Power uses especially produced shocks from Koni being designed for high lowering rates with their special characteristic line.
G-Power Anti-Roll Bar Kits
In order to avoid as far as possible disturbing movements around the longitudinal and diagonal axis (rolling and up swinging) – for steadily optimized road contact G-Power offer especially manufactured anti-roll bar kits in combination with our G-Power sport suspensions. The anti-roll bar kit provides the possibility of regulation in several levels reaching an individual adjustment to any driver (motorsport version without homologation).
Not only performance is important. Particularly at high speeds, as for example with a G-Power EVO III engine, also the brake must be designed to the increased driving dynamic. The high-performance G-Power brake systems are individually developed for each car and intensively tested on the “Nordschleife” of the Nürburgring. The problem of “fading” (lower brake performance by frequent braking and consequently high temperatures in the brake system) is solved by us with bigger brake discs. These can transfer the temperatures better to the environment and in specialized combination with particular brake calipers, high strain sport brake pads and brake fluids being secured against brake-pressure-decreasing, provide the really comforting highest rate of brake reliability.

G-Power Performance Upgrade - Motronic Tuning
The engine performance kits of G-Power contain a thoroughly to BMW engines adjusted engine management (motronic optimization), a sport air filter and a G-Power stainless steel sport exhaust. We from G-Power consciously distance ourselves from the term “chip-tuning” often being used in this context, since meanwhile too many suspect suppliers (especially also on the internet) are offering services bearing dangers for engine and moneybag! G-Power motronic adjustment in contrast means intensive development work of our engineers based on experiences of decades with absolute concentration to the brand of BMW. We know exactly what we are doing and how it will only effect positively; besides the harmonic performance development, e.g. especially also the lifetime of the basic engine! We do not make any experiments!
G-Power Performance Upgrade - Compressor Systems
Compressor systems since 1994, G-Power delivers a compressor system for BMW automobiles and is therefore one of the leading upgrading specialists. Also for 2006, G-POWER is holding a firework as the new 5.2.l V8 compressor engine with an output of 550 hp / 404 kW and breathtaking 740 Nm. But also for the 6 cylinder engines, G-POWER delivers from 2006 the new compressor system EVO ECO with a performance upgrade (depending on engine version) of more than 70 hp plus. This compressor stage is dedicated for the cost-conscious BMW driver and based on the approved EVO I kit. Assembly within one day! The new G-POWER performance kit fulfils every desire in terms of performance plus and torque at a price of a classic motronic performance upgrade. The G-Power compressor engines are the heart of our engine development. Since 1994, G-POWER is for BMW market-leading in this area.
G-Power Performance Upgrade - Engine Clutch
Especially for our highperformanceupgraded cars (as e.g. the GPowerR compressor cars EVO II and EVO III), GPower offer a special clutch with carrier and basic parts from Fichtel & Sachs. They completely comply with the raised requirements of today’s sport engines. The amplified clutch from GPower offers those customers who want to keep the serial engagingfeatures as far as possible, GPS clutch sets. These sets are consisting of pressure plate, clutch disc and release bearing. The advantage of this clutch is the fact that the friction linings consisting of organic materials dodespite of increased contact pressurekeep the pedal pressure almost as comfortable as series. The applications of these clutches are cars being performance upgraded by up to 40 per cent in relation to series.
